I believe that in order for employment seekers to be successful in their search for a position that is a good fit for them, they need to seek out opportunities with organizations that they believe in and find qualifying positions that align with who they are authentically. I provide “real-life” recruiting and interviewing scenarios utilizing my skills as a business leader, human resources professional and hiring manager. This helps clients to understand what employers look for and what they really think during the application process.
